We also operate a state-of-the-art 4x4 rolling road dyno, allowing us to accurately test, measure, and optimise your vehicle’s performance under real-world load conditions.

Hermann Mahnke leads Mischief Motorsports as a legendary tuner and racer, with a background that includes serving as Crew Chief for one of Europe’s WRX racing teams. Known for his deep technical expertise and real-world motorsport experience, Hermann delivers precision, performance, and reliability in every build.
Passionate about sharing knowledge and earning trust,
he consistently goes the extra mile—ensuring clients receive exceptional results while fully understanding their vehicles. Through the Mischief Motorsports Academy, Hermann provides expert tuition and hands-on tuning in a state-of-the-art 4x4 rolling road dyno facility.

His leadership spans several ventures, providing a broad perspective on building sustainable businesses. Known for his strategic thinking and consultative style, Sean guides projects from concept to execution.
